How to use the Four Way Books Submission Manager:

2012 FOUR WAY BOOKS INTRO PRIZE IN POETRY

PLEASE USE THIS SUBMISSIONS MANAGER TO SUBMIT YOUR ENTRIES. PLEASE FOLLOW ALL OF THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW. If you already have a password, you may log in to check the status of your submission or submit additional manuscripts.

1. Please be sure to pay the $28.00 entry fee via the online entry form before submitting your manuscript by 12:00 A.M PST on 3/31/2012. You will need your payment confirmation number in order for your submission to be processed. Your payment is not refundable.
2. Fill in all of your contact information.
3. Fill in the title of the manuscript you are submitting. Be sure that your title matches the title you entered on the online entry form.
4. Fill in the payment confirmation number you received for the manuscript you are submitting. Please enter the number in full (letters and dashes included) at the top of the "payment confirmation number/comments" field, along with any additional comments.
5. Use the browse button to find the file on your computer that you would like to submit. Select the file and click on the openbutton. Your file will then appear in the "file" field. Please note: Changes cannot be made to your manuscript once it has been uploaded, so please be sure to have read through the formatting instructions in their entirety prior to uploading. If you must make a change, email us and we will tell you how to proceed. You may email us at 2012prize@fourwaybooks.com
6. Be sure that YOUR NAME DOES NOT APPEAR anywhere on the manuscript. The title page should include ONLYthe title and your payment confirmation number. We make all efforts to ensure that manuscripts are read blind. If during screening we discover your name or other identifying information in the manuscript, we may contact you and request that you resubmit a corrected manuscript via this form.
7. All documents should be in Microsoft Word, PDF, or RTF. 12 point font.
8. If you wish you can fill in the comments field with any additional information you'd like to send (please do not include your name in this field).
9. When you have completed these steps, click submit.
10. You will then have the option to review your information and confirm that it is correct. Please note, changes to your manuscript may not be made at this time. Hit continue and you're done.
11. You will be able to log in immediately to see that your manuscript was successfully transmitted using the username and password you created during the entry and payment process. Please keep this information, along with your payment confirmation and submission entry number, in a safe place; you will need this information to access your manuscript's status.
12. Multiple submissions are fine but must be submitted separately. Each submission requires a $28.00 entry fee.
